.EU registration help??

Is there any company that will register a .eu name for a person even if that person is not belonging to the EU. Say I am in the U.S and want to pre-register or reg a .eu name, is there any way around the fact that only citizens of .eu countries can???

Registrars should be careful in the beginning to do not get problems with the registry. I suggest always to by an Address in Europe or to open LTD in Britain.

Correct, the rules will let you live in another non EU country, but be sure to have an adress ready from a friend you have in the EU.
