Whats the cheapest register for spanish, german and any other non uk european domain?

for .de you need a provider with trustee service because the admin-c must have a german adress. united-domains.de( 12euro) have this but a lot of people think they are not very good in services. u can also reg .de through dd24.net (11,02 euro) without a german admin-c, but its possible that u lost that domain because u violate against the denic rules. .es u can reg through eurodns.com
