Expired domain with PR1 and PR2

Hey, I found some expired domain that have google PR rank.
Should I buy that domain?
Will you think that when that domain establish the PR will gone?
Any one can share the opinion about the affecting of Google PR to the value on domain?

A Pr1 or 2 domain would'nt be worth much based on PR alone & if the domain is pre-drop it may loose it's PR entirely after the drop.
