I have no problems with support. Sounds like you are submitting a ticket to yourself because you are using your reseller link, which is for your customers to use so you get the ticket. You need to contact reseller support directly. PM me and I can help.

Thanks but too late, Dotster has pissed me off for too long now, with their crap software, and services, to contact, and of course there is not even a deal here, so why stick around, i finally got off my but and left town with NO FORWARDING ADDRESS.

I mean this company has done nothing but spit on it's resellers, by initially taking all their webhosting clients, to never giving a deal, to horrid and i mean HORRID ****ING support... I actually want to sit here for the next 5 hours and have everyone in the world listen to me talk shit about this pathetic company... thats how I feel
