fed up with scriptlance

anybody else tired of script lance? I have been suspended I think three times now. Friend was suspended first time posted, and another friend suspended several times as well. We weren't specific enough I guess in each case. I asked for best website i could buy last week for $75 and that was fine. Today I asked for best script/software I could buy for $250 but that gets me suspended. Rules are great, but they have to be a bit clearer if they are to be enforced at what seems willy nealy.

anyone else had these problems

(I wont even mention all the project problems I've had there as thats the designers fault not scriptlance)

I was ripped off $300 from there for some damn frauding indian who was GOING to script me a custom whois checkup script or so he said. I never buy from anyone in there who is from non europe / usa! then i can't do anything about it, and paypal is very crazy on this, they never recovered my funds because that guy already banked it! Stay away from people who have little ratings in there!

Elance is far more reputable, they may have a service charge but you won't get ripped off as often.

It's like Ebay, people are very afraid of negative feedback at Elance.

Agree, Elance is a reliable marketplace, because is not so cheap to get in there. There are a lot of poor developers or stealers on sites like scriptlance because there is no membership fee required to pay.

I've had only good experiences with Scriptlance, but my projects have always been for small amounts so I don't think I'm a target for scammers.

I don't understand why Nexmax would have gotten suspended. Was his request considered too vague?

Well I dont understand why best site I can buy for $75 is different than best software I can buy for $250. My request for software was more specific than for templates. I've had good luck with a couple experiences there, but then the designer/programmer disappear.

Scriptlance has offered to restore my account once again if I promise not to do it again. Considering still not sure the difference between my two posts I cant promise I wont do it again. Looks like elance it is and I also been meaning to get after my freelance project which is now a pr4, guess this is a good motivator.
