Hi Reese, one of the parties has likely not completed the required confirmation. If a registrant change was performed, both sides have to confirm for it to be reflected in the whois. Have both sides from the previous transaction actually logged into CIRA to do this? Once that's done, the whois should show the new info almost right away.
