Finally formed an LLC!!!

So I finally formed an LLC operating under Open Network LLC on OpenNetwork.com. I bought the name 3 years at auction while deployed. I remember running to my computer after a mission to not get out bid; so, needless to say, it has sentimental value to me.

Thanks! The reason for the LLC is that in U.S law, LLC... L.L.C... or Limited Liability Corporation must be included in the formation of any LLC company on documentation. However, one is allowed to work under a mark.

To separate between your personal property and business property.
In case you got into lawsuit/litigation the damage is limited to what you have in the company and you don't have to sell your wife to cover the costs of the damage.
