Offers Financial Typo making $12.5 revenue/day

I need money since I've just moved in with my girlfriend! I am putting up my most prized domain for sale. Here are the details:

DETAILS:

• THE DOMAIN NAME IS IN THE SCREENSHOTS
• Typo of a major US bank.
• Bank is in a major growth phase and the traffic has increased for 60/day to around 90/day in the past two weeks alone.
• Since changing keywords recently, the name makes $.80/click with around 15% CTR.

PRICING:

• I am seeking minimum 2 years revenue for this.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Please do not post that this name is a TM name and therefore I am crazy for asking more than 2 years revenue. My pricing strategy is mine. You can price however you want. This name is in a growth phase and therefore the two years revenue will seem like pennies compared to what it's making in a year from now... just ask the guys who I offered this name to when it was making $2/day and again at $8/day.

Two factors leading to the revenue increase:

"Bank is in a major growth phase and the traffic has increased for 60/day to around 90/day in the past two weeks alone."

"When purchased, you will also receive the SEDO keyword that made this name go from $2/day to $12.5/day"

Basically, the name was making $2/day till I found the right keyword. This happened to coincide with the day this bank acquired another bank. Because of the merger, I knew it was going to get more traffic, so I messed with the keyword, and I just so happened to find the right one. Since then:

The first week, it averaged $8/day.
The second week, it averaged $10.5/day.
The third week, it is averaging $12.5/day.
It looks by next weekend, it will be average $14/day.

Once again, when a bank acquires another bank, the traffic will increase sharply. The switchover still has a few more weeks, and should stabilize soon. When it does, I will list once again for two years revenue.
