Finding interest in developed domain/sites?

I am currently selling a developed website but it seems as though the market value is strictly controlled by current revenue statistics.

I really don't feel like I have very many options when it comes to selling a developed site, perhaps someone can shed some light on alternatives to the usual forums and domain-only websites.

I have to wonder if sites like eBay could be an acceptable way to reach a larger audience but I have little experience in the matter.

Yea it seems that way K. If you have a site that is unique & just looks great then you will get your buyer. IMO, I would stay away from eBay however you can try selling it on flippa.com, dnforum & even through twitter or other social networks. What you should do is modify your signature so users know what your selling or where to go find it.
