Not a bad choice. Down there far enough to be able to enjoy the real Keys, but not a tourist trap like a couple of them (Key Largo, Islamorada, Key West).

Well I made it, theres tourist everywhere. Tis the season and I think I'm one of them even though I come down twice a year to visit the P's. It was pretty nice going from -7 with the windchill monday morning to 75 in ft lauderdale airport 2 hours later k:

lol, that's funny...deported? hahahaha :lol: I'm white my fellow cracker..why on earth would I be deported...maybe my friends would get deported lol

Actually I was JUST in the keys like 3 days ago...had to go down to the military base with a friend on business. I only got to stay down there for the day but we ate at the real "Sloppy Joes" and had some margarita's...it was nice and Duval street was full of hot chicks and cool stores...drove thru sugarloaf key too..really gorgeous down there, like a post card. You gotta do some charter fishing bro...you can jet-ski anywhere but some of the best sailfish and dolphin fishing in the world is down in the Key's! Along with the some great snapper and grouper fishing...let us know what you catch bro..and definitely catch a BUZZ for me. k:

So far we only went fishing out in the back bays near the blimp if you know where that is. My pop has a boat here at his place along with numerous friends and their boats also so no charter needed k:

Caught some really nice sea trout today and had them for dinner tonight. Hopefully going out front (ocean side) fishing a couple times before I head back to reality up north in a week or so. I'll keep ya posted if I catch anything worth mentioning :smilewinkgrin:

You were in the airport the same time I was (picking my wife up from her flight back from the Westminster show). If you flew Continental, you might have walked past me, I was there from about 6:00PM to 7:30ish
