I'm the exclusive broker on this and several other names along the same lines. Please send any offers and or questions you might have my way. The owner doesn't want loads of people emailing and asking the same questions. Thats what my job is. Someone decided to go around me on another deal and ended up paying more than half what I could have made them a deal for and didn't even get half of what they could have. And at the same time screwed me out of several thousand dollars.
