Four letter dot coms - Why is CVCV best?

So far as 4 letter words are concerned, I keep reading CVCV four letter dot coms are the best. Is it true?

bald.com = 400k (CVCC)

I think if it isn't actually a dictionary word then second to that CVCV works well for acronyms and pronunciation making them valuable.
