Free Arcade Sites

These have sparked my interest of late.

Particularly, I am interested in the copyright consequences. For instance, all the games here - http://www.dnforum.com/arcade.php - are obviously legal to use.

Basically I am after as many arcade games as I can get, with the ability to submit the users score at the end of their game, i.e. a standalone version of VBArcade, that is legal (including in a copyright sense).

If you are familiar with php and mysql im sure you could modify that to work standalone
