Frickin Kids Broke my Windshield

Had a pretty good day until I realized four kids from across the road was having a field day by throwing rocks and my durango and the next door neighbors new 2009 lexus. But just my luck my windshield is the one that gets smashed. All of my passenger side windows are broken.

Oh they definitely will pay. Unfortunately this is not the first time that something like this has happened with these kids involved.

Last year they broke someones house windows. They ride their bikes in the street. Very unruly.

Depending on their age, you might consider prosecuting them. That ain't cheap. And they need to learn a lesson.

Depends on the car, and which piece. I was in the glass business for over 10 years. It paid quite well after Hurricane Andrew (how I ended up in Miami).

I don't think you should press charges though,they're just kids being knuckleheads.

I would scare them with the officers though make em put the handcuffs on and teach them a lesson and bring it up to their parents.

Unless their parents are crazy or meth heads or something they should teach them a lesson.

Oh and make the parents pay for your windshield.

I really don't think you can do much...you will end up having to pay for it. Unless of course you go out of your way and talk to their parents.

I did talk to the parents. They are going to pay for it. I had to file the police report for insurance purposes. Of course I won't press charges against a 9 year old but the parents definitely should have to pay.

Its one thing to do something on accident and another thing to do it deliberately. If it was one of my kids they would be grounded for life and of course I would cover the damages.
