Friend needs help getting his password back...

His username here is Picassoface and all he needs is his password emailed to the email address that's on file for him. He's indicated he's tried getting the password emailed to him through the Forgot Password, but it's never worked. I PM'd DCG on the 20th and have gotten no reply. I know Gene on another forum (DiscussNames) which is where he asked for someone to help him out, and I know he is in fact the same username here as there.

His exact request on DiscussNames: "My computer crashed and I lost it. I submitted a request for the password Several times but they still haven't gotten back to me in 5 days."

I had the same issue and nobody replied for two weeks!
eventually, the paswword recovery sent me the password.

Ouch...would suck to be in the middle of transactions and have that happen.

It's have been my experience that when you use the support form, I rarely get an answer, so I stopped using it. What I do now is contact the mods that are online, if they cant fix, they forward the issue to someone that can, and it usually gets taken of very quickly.
