Welcome! Great to see another person interested in genetic and nanotech based names -- two of my favorite areas.

I do not know enough about the .US extension to figure values... but my hunch is that Genetics.us and Nanotech.us are very good names. I also like your two word biotech .COMs. The nanotech .COMs are a little long... but still good. I'll let others with more experience venture a dollar amount, but I think they would have value. :yes:

Good potential for future growth. The .US extension is new, but should begin to take off soon. Tech domains sound great, and can pull in some big bucks, if the right buyer is found. But, they also pull in little traffic, although the "Genetics" is currently getting some descent hits. Hang on to them a year if you can.
