the first part is correct; he is unemployed and is retraining. He doesn't want to meet you, though. He wants you to come closer to his prise ("meet you in between") and he would be much obliged if you did. A real German and not a fake like me can give you the full translation but this is the basic message.
His interpunction sucks though so I can see why Google translate doesn't "understand" it entirely.
