so far since April of 2004 ... so it's a year old, happy birthday gmail..
but they're not the only company offering free 1 gig email. Yahoo is going to up its storage to 1 gig and lycos is right behind them, which seems to be the best indication that gmail is causing a dent in their new sign ups.

Well they are increasing it every second and it won't stop at 2075MB it will go on. ONly the counter will slow down!
