Its a nice name. But nice names don't mean they are valuable, it just means that chance of resale are good.

To add real value, as always, is to develop it. Maybe a forum for people to discuss things about going to singapore. Also add some links to airlines/hotel with maybe an affiliate thing going. Might even make some regular income.

BTW, have you approached the Singapore Tourist board? They might be interested in it, might even get something like $1k for it, maybe even a lil more.
