Damn GoDaddy! I am trying to renew a bunch of domains and everytime I select "1 year" and proceed to checkout, it is changed to "5 years". I have tried every way possible, but they always switch it to "5 years". I have a who load of domains, so I can't afford to renew them for 5 years!

(I would transfere them all to NameCheap, but they have less than 7 days on them, and can't be transfered...)

Working okay here - just 1 year available.

works fine for me too. I am able to choose the 1-year renewal option without any problem.

good luck.

Could be the latest up-sell system for GD. I'm sure a quick call would sort it.

It's fixed now. But even then I was able to select the "1 year" option, it was only when you got to the checkout that it was changed to "5 years".

call them

Calling Tech Support in the States from Europe would probably cost more than these domains are worth! ;-)
