Google ads above every page feedback

Well, big thumbs down from me - my view is that this is a place for serious domain name traders (evidenced by paid memberships), so how on earth are Google ads going to benefit us? We know where to get domain names, find expired names etc and if we don't, we ask each other.

I find them annoying - even though it may not be the case, the message it conveys is "Let's see how much advertising we can force down your throat even though you are already a paying member."

I now have to scroll sideways to see the whole screen - very annoying. There were too many ads to begin with, let alone this.

Ed - you should increase your screen resolution!

Maybe the ads could go down the bottom where we don't have to scroll past them all the time or even look at them if we don't want to.

What about paying an extra $5 or $10 a year membership to not see any ads at all? I'd do it - I hate the things.

Ads can be a pain and before they really got in the way but personally now they're in the header they don't bother me.

Plus, the ads are javascript driven, so if you really can't stand seeing them, disable javascript while at DNF and the Google ads go away.

This causes you to lose a bit of interactivity on the board, but you gain speed and no Google ads. I find the pages load and display 20 to 50% faster.
