If you try to raise your "link" popularity with Google by leaving your URL address on blogs you will be wasting your time...

I think it's great idea.
I hate spammers.

If you run a blog you know what a pain in the a$$ these spam comments are...

I think the idea is great, but like every other idea can be used to cheat on link exchange partners and so on.

this "comment spamming" originated from guestbook spamming, forum spamming and now it has hit blogs the hardest.... been around for many years now... nice of google to take some action but unfortunately it won't do much good.... the "spammers" are looking for traffic (visitors) to click on the link.... they could care less about getting any credit or rank well with the search engine... most of the url's are something like a4kj494kl5j490485kj45.com or ljfdfkjfg.biz that just url forward to affiliates sites or pop up hell'

I never read blogs so I learned something new today. Thanks Mike.
