does google ever refresh its sattelite images ?

i have two properties in the ottawa area and to the best of my knowledge (based on new construction) they havent updated in about 3 years.

Does anyone know anything about their updating ?

No, they don't have their own satellite and a 'round trip' for Google is megabucks. Who knows when they will update. In reality it doesn't have to be too often Kevin.

Your right, doesnt have to be too often but in one case I wanted to see if one of my properties is in fact the last one in the area undeveloped. I'm too far away now to check in.

I wouldnt be suprised to see a google sat in the works
