Google Pack referrals what the deal ?

Hello Everyone.....

I got google pack and firefox referrals on my arcade, and got 7 clicks on them but earned no money. That means 7 people clicked on them went to google pages, but it's hard to believe none of the 7 clickers did not downloaded them.

Is this the normal, or do most people download the free packs or not ?

Google Pack link do not convert much for me as well
I deleted most of it months ago.

Google pack has probably the worst conversion rate of any CPA ad I have ever used.

Firefox does alright for me. My conversion rate is 37%.
