I have a question about Google PR...

I have a site that's PR4, however all the incoming links were paid and I no longer have those, haven't had them since the last PR update. Anyways, I was wondering if I were to put a link on the PR4 to one of my other sites PR0, does this have any affect on the PR0 site. Basically which will resolve first when google updates PR.. will they give out rank to my PR0 or do you think they will see there's no links going to the PR4 anymore and drop the rank on that then rank the PR0.

Any ideas? This is the only part of page rank I don't understand, I couldn't find any info about this.. maybe this is the undisclosed info?

Hard to tell.

Crawling and PageRank are very separate I believe. I would venture a guess that your PR0 site would get some PR within 2 G updates.
