Google Selling Domains?

I had heard about this being a possibility a while back but haven't seen anything since. Until now.

Is this new?

Looks like they're definitely putting their own twist on things.


BTW- I know it's part of their apps program right now but what makes me think its going to be bigger is that I got to it through an adsense ad that said the following:
