Not one of them is worth paying $100. I think the best would be www.WirelessOffices.com, I think You could get maybe $50 for it.

Im not to fond of any of them really. I think your best one is www.FitnessShoes.com . And it could probably fetch $40-$200

Depending on the buyer. Approach some sellers of fitness shoes, I am sure you can get a decent amount.
