The business, Starplex 1, is being sold by June.
The owner/manager is retiring after 21+ years of successfully teaching around 200 members (on average) many skills.
The web site, Starplex1.com, co-exists (parked) with GymFun.com along with the original biz domain (ParkAvenueGym.com). These two domain names (linked here) go with the business.
However, because of its value for many things, i.e. schools, equipment, etc, domain name GymFun.com will be sold separately unless a business buyer pays a premium for that domain name.
The existing web site includes a content management system allowing the owner to update the pages via a browser. A limited CMS demo is available at AreaEditor.com/.
