Help: A little advise.

Hey guys, just need some advise.

So I decided to register the domain "Fcuk[dictionary word].com" because it sounds like something they might come up with one day. I decided to let it gather dust for a while but totally forgot to activate the Whois guard for about half an hour. Now this really angry guy got my email and first he suggests that I sell it to him. I denied, and now he said he will report me on the Fcuk website that I have "tried to use their brand name for my own purposes".

Do I have anything to be afraid of? Can they sue me?

Please let me know. He was probably a nobody, but what if he really does report me?
