I just did 3 searches on overture of 3 different word combos, and all 3 came up with over 40,000 searches, and i go to see if the words where registered an they are not. All 3 word combos have the same word in it but the second is different. Sounds like a Trademark prob right if i register them? If that one word is TM'd I cant use the names at all? Thats a possibilty of high traffic if i point all 3 names to my site, right?

actually i would like to know if you can register the names that are trademarked to point to a website without a trademarked name on it. Is that a way without getting caught? There must be ways to get around the trademark issue, because I hear of people buying names with tm issues. This is alot of traffic I'm talking about over 200,000 a month
