Hey guys
i accept that i m a REAL NEWBIE
First question is : How to earn dn forum bucks? (the worst question i can ask)
Second is : I am not a reseller or something i want to setup a reseller account but is there a way without paying for setup or something? adding funds to my account or something.
Third is : if i sell it how am i going to receive the payment? (paypal wont accept my country)

i know they r kinda silly but i gotta ask

You can always take checks or money orders, or even credit cards through 2checkout.com

1- The more you talk the more BuX you make, and there are easier ways - like actions etc.

2 - Yes, but learn a bit more first. It's huge subject and some time needed to avoide mistakes.

3 - Lot's of ways - but payPal etc are prefered, the others need some time to learn and setup to.

3 - open a bank account. if you make a transaction via escrow, the escrow should easily wire finds to your bank
