if you cannot have the .com, I think you should either look for a similar name, either buy all and use two of them to point to the main one.
If you only can buy one, I would use the .biz

I wouldn't use any of them , the price you're probably going to pay for any of them you could find a nice .com for the same price , but if you must .biz would be it.
