this is my "tel.biz" whois status:

Domain Status: serverDeleteProhibited
Domain Status: serverHold
Domain Status: serverTransferProhibited


I don't know what had happened,
I even can't use my domain servers,
who can help me to solve this problem??

Have you contacted the registrar? "Hold" usually means that you were late with paying the renewal bill. If you did pay, then it's probably an error from the registrar

That info is put on by the registry. It was either done due to a pending or previous STOP action filing, or a previous or pending UDRP action. You need to contact Neulevel to get it removed. I have found a number of old (and settled) STOP actions in which the registry has yet to update and remove the restrictions on.

This just means the domain is locked. You can manage it, change whois, dns etc. Please advise if you are having issues making these changes

Who sent you that response? Was it your registrar (enom) or the registry? Like I said above, I think the only one who can remove those locks is Neulevel. Did you contact them?
