They're intention is bad, so the precident is OK. They were linking to all sorts of copyrighted material they knew was stolen.
These guys were totally asking for it. They had links to sites that linked to all sorts of copyrighted material they knew was stolen.
This search engine offered search options specifically for finding a service whose main use is stealing copyrighted material. They're completely guilty.
