Hello, could anyone give me a hand and share the lowest interest rate on a 30 years home loan of your country?

I`m doing a research and I absolutely need datas from Canada, USa, UK, Ireland and most of European countries.

Here in Australia we are around 9.5 % :sigh2:

Thanks

Right now in Canada...

Fixed 5 years 25-40 year amm. 5% or a variable at 4% with option to lock in. Nice and low, two rate cuts in a row. Next week they look at the rate again.

Wow - 15% is still pretty harsh!

Depends on what kind of deal you go for, but in the UK you're looking at between 5% and 8% - http://www.alliance-leicester.co.uk/mortgages/index.asp?page=all-rates
