This site has lots of great content, is PR 2 and climbing, and in the last week has had 2 clicks for $1.50 in Adsense. I have not bothered to do much SEO or trying to gain visitors so if you put a little work into the site you oculd have something good.
It averages 7-10 visits/day and a 1.5 return visitor rate.
