as you probably already know the dash hurts the value

Yes, that is a fair comment, I really do not like hyphens in domain names myself.

But, the name is short and contains two "quality" words, is self descriptive and I feel it does imply that it belongs to a reputable hosting company. But then again, it would need a good quality website to go with it.
