Im selling the website http://www.hostguidelines.com which is two months old. The site is a web hosting resource listing 10 web hosting companies as the top 10 in the industry. You get paid each time a visitor purchase a web hosting package from one of these companies (affiliate program) and the commission range is $65-$115 per sale. The site has made one sale last month ($100 Commission) and no sales this month yet. All pages are static html and no scripts are used. Its listed in all major search engines with link popularity and google pagerank 3. Traffic avg is 20 visitors/day from search engines and links. PM me if you have any questions or post here.
