Since the site is not that old, i only have 10 accounts, but they display google ads for being hosted, you can of course change the ads to your own, i have made around $5 in a week from the ads.

Could you move it to my friend's server? I never ran a site like that and I was wondering what all is required. Is there an automatic script to get an account with this site? I have cPanel, so how would it work with that? Just trying to see if I would want to go through with something like this.

I am using cPanel/WHM, and it could probably be moved if i asked my host for a backup, my reseller is 3gb space and 40gb bw, with everything else unlimited, and i have a script that could be used with this, but i have to ask my friend for permission since he and i both own it and it was custom written, but u can only use it for your own hosting and you cant resell the script, but i didnt use that script because it was kind of making it not worth it for such a small reseller and i thought it better for the site if i screened all accounts before they were created.

Website Includes the Unique Layout, and has been recieving from 10-25 uniques a day, averging on 15 a day (STATS FROM AWSTATS).
Also the reseller is hosted with VerticalHost.com , a very reliable webhost, and the reseller is free to use with this website for the next 6 months. Any other questions are welcomed and i am awaiting email on the Auto-Signup script from my friend.

225 for basically $5 of income, a domain and the liabiity/headache of looking after non-paying customers - good luck

who's the reseller account with ? what are the features of it, etc s thats your largest selling point ...

$5 of income in a week, and i have already stated the specs of the resellers, its hosted with verticalhost.com and 225 is a Bin price not the minimum price.

features rather than disk/data-transfer (despite what CPanel calls it its *not* bandwidth)
is no. of emails, databases, subdomains etc etc as well as additional items like fantastico/special skins etc ...

just prompting you - the more info you provide the better a potential buyer can evaluate what they're getting

as i have said once before, i have already provided that information in one of my posts, but for your and everyones convenience, ill add it to the first post, thank you for the recommendation.
