Good creativity. I can see it as being brandable. Just googled it and appears there's already a Cuizine Magazine. http://www.buyphilly.com/vendors/default.asp?VendorID=3357#about

As far as I can tell they don't have a website yet, so perhaps you have a potential buyer.
