how do i find my ebay sellers phone number?

Probably a dumb question, but i tried to get in touch with this guy who sold me a phone and hasn't delivered yet after several days (advertised as next day delivery)

I got his ebay phone number, but it was an expired mobile number, i wanted to know is there any other way of finding his house phone number? i paid him via paypal, am i able to find his details via paypal too?
