how do i manage my .co.uk domain?

i bought .co.uk name from a member here a year ago. it's the first and only uk name I have. Now it's about to expire and i'm trying to transfer it out, but i forgot where the web site is. I check the whois and found this

So, I went to webfusion.co.uk, but I didn't see where I can login to manage my name.
