closed How do I trademark a Name??

I need some advise and costs on trademarking a name?? I live in the uk do I need it only here or is more better?? An does anybody know who does it cheap...

 

There are many questions to be answered regarding the type of name, service or product you are looking to trademark along with the geography you plan on marketing to.
I am sure that the laws for trademarks will be much more different in the UK and Europe than in the USA.
But there again , I have no idea what you are doing!
