I have a quality typo (is that an oxymoron?) that is growing every week in visitors. In the last 5 weeks, the weekly visitors have gone 412 to 455 to 532 to 652 to 939.
RPM is low, will only make about $6 this week. The domain is probably not much of a trademark risk.
Is there a value for traffic greater than the revenue that I am able to collect?
How do you value the growth rate if I were to offer the site for sale?
