I've been really impatient about the PR for my site. About how long does it take to change the PR to a new rank after the site is made? Google hits me every day, and has been doing so for nearly two weeks. I have seen a bit of an increase in returned pages when searching for the title of my site, but still no PR increase. Any ideas?

Also, how long would it take to change your PR if you got a link to your site from a PR6 or 7?

Yeah.. PR updated a few days ago.

Quickest a new site of mine has gotten PR was like in one week which was really suprising.

Maybe never. Google's algo's work in strange ways, but the observation is the more you try to manipulate it, the worse it gets.
