You sold the name. What type of payment should you take: Paypal, Wire, etc.....

Scammers are everywhere so be beware.

- If you have not dealt with the buyer before - don't use Paypal - Wire only
- You can take PP if the amount is small - You need to set the limit as how much you will take a risk?
- Remember Paypal makes their own rules so not much you can do in most cases if you lose your money

- Last but not least - Do not leave a large amount of money in your PP account - Once they (PP) decided to freeze your account, your money will be there for a while. You can always pay someone by drawing from credit cards or checking/saving.

To sum it up - Be careful when buying/selling using Paypal.

If the buyer and you don't know each other, why should the buyer trust you by wiring the money directly?

I think escrow or sedo is the fairest way to transact between 2 strangers
