Unfortunally I do shower once or twice a day, I try to use less water than I can, aslo I use only natural soaps.
I try to make it as quick as possible for 2 reasons.
1) excessive water is no good for your body, you should not wash away all of the bacterias.
2) I hate to waiste water, after I pee I do not flush the toilet I wait until I have at least a good kilo of fecal material before I flush my toilet lol

I filter the urine and "grey water" much like the astronauts. I use the solid waste as a good nitrogen fertilizer for my plants.

You'd be surprised how good filtered pee water tastes.
