How to best clear cache??

i've tried ctrl+F5.....ive tried ctrl+R......i've gone to tools->internet options->Delete Cookies........not working...how do i best clear cache/cookies??

you can do it manualy ,

go to

C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

and delete the directory contents

replace user with currently logged in as windows user
