They are an eNom's reseller. Just send an email to eNom if you cannot contact them.

I used to deal with them until I became an eNom reseller... (which, funnily enough, they are one too). They answer mails to [email protected], though they have been known to take a couple days to anwer. If you are asking them to push your domains to another enom account, they won't unless you pay them a $21 setup fee for a 'webpro' account... (which means you have to do the regular transfer process and renew for a year).
