how to push domain in NameScout.com?

i just bought a domain from someone registered at namescout.com? does anyone know how to push the domain in namescout? i dont' have an account there. can the seller create a new account for me and push the domain? thank you guys.

You need to write them and they will make the PUSH for you - That is the only way we move them when they land at NameScout - Good Luck

Yep. cant push from the interface and it actually says that at namescout.
If you write them as Steve suggested it works.

If you initiate a transfer give yourself a week + and 2-3 tries before they approve it.

now push a domain from one account to another.
